1. General
By accessing or placing an order on Smokes Hub (smokeshub.pk), you agree to these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Age Restriction
You must be 18 years or older to purchase from Smokes Hub. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement. We reserve the right to cancel any order if age verification fails.

3. Products
All products listed on our store are intended for adult use only. Smokes Hub sells vaping and disposable products for personal use. We do not sell to minors under any circumstances.

4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. Prices may change without prior notice. Orders are confirmed at the price displayed at the time of purchase.

5. Ordering & Availability
Placing an order does not guarantee availability. In case a product is out of stock after your order is placed, we will contact you to offer an alternative or full cancellation.

6. Shipping
We deliver nationwide across Pakistan within 2–5 business days. Delivery timelines may vary due to location or unforeseen circumstances. Smokes Hub is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners.

7. Return & Refund
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Only defective or incorrectly delivered products are eligible for exchange within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing video proof.

8. Authenticity
All products sold by Smokes Hub are 100% authentic and sourced from authorized distributors. We do not deal in counterfeit or imitation products.

9. Limitation of Liability
Smokes Hub is not liable for any health issues, misuse, or damages arising from the use of purchased products. Vaping products contain nicotine which is addictive — use responsibly.

10. Intellectual Property
All content on smokeshub.pk including logos, images, and text is the property of Smokes Hub. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts.
