At Smokes Hub, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship across Pakistan.

Order Processing

All orders placed before 3:00 PM] on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed after this time or on public holidays are processed the following business day.

You will receive a WhatsApp or SMS confirmation, once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or remote areas.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. Pay when your order arrives at your door, no upfront payment required.

COD orders may require a small confirmation call before dispatch to prevent failed deliveries.

Courier Partners

We ship with Pakistan's most reliable courier services including Leopards Courier, TCS, and M&P (Trax) to ensure safe and timely delivery of your order.

Packaging

All orders are packed discreetly in plain packaging. Fragile items such as glass tanks and pod devices are wrapped with protective material to prevent damage in transit.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
