RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Refunds
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Refunds cannot be issued to any other account than the one used for payment.
Limited Warranty
VapeMall Pakistan offers a 7-day limited warranty on all products, except for the following items due to re-use concerns:
E-Liquids
Coils & Tanks
Batteries
Tips & Mouthpieces
Atomizers
Customers are advised to inspect these items before leaving the store, as they are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once purchased. However, if these products are damaged during shipment, returns will be accepted.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or defective item, notify us via email at support(at)vapemall.pk within five (5) days of purchase to request an exchange or refund.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for any additional shipping costs.
All package items must be returned with their original packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Exchange Policy
If there is no manufacturer defect and the product is fully functional, but you wish to exchange it, you must notify us within 5 days.
Exchanges are only allowed for the same product category or store credit towards another item.
No cash refunds for returns without manufacturer defects.
Any additional handling or shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Conditions Where Refunds/Exchanges Are Not Accepted
VapeMall Pakistan will not offer refunds or exchanges if:
The item has been modified, altered, repaired, or serviced by anyone other than VapeMall Pakistan.
The item has been physically damaged or misused.
The item has been used in a way inconsistent with its manual.
The item has been exposed to extreme temperatures, water, or improper handling.
Any original packaging or accessories are missing.
The item has been damaged during return shipment.
For sanitary reasons, tanks may only be returned within 7 days for manufacturer defects.
Return Process
To request a refund or exchange, follow these steps:
Email support(at)vapemall.pk with a detailed description of the defect.
Return the product with all original packaging and accessories within 15 days.
